- Client Backup Responsibility: While we take every precaution to secure your device, hardware repair and software troubleshooting carry inherent risks of data loss. It is the Client's sole responsibility to fully back up all personal data, files, and software prior to an on-site visit, remote session, or device drop-off. KombDev cannot be held liable for any lost, corrupted, or compromised data that occurs during the course of standard service.
